Maggot's Evil Dead album is a gruesome and intense journey into the world of extreme metal. The band's signature sound, characterized by blistering riffs, pounding drums, and guttural vocals, is on full display here, making for an unrelenting and uncompromising listening experience.

From the opening track "Necrofear," which sets the tone with its frenzied guitar work and relentless blast beats, to the closing track "The Exorcist," which closes out the album with a haunting, atmospheric outro, Evil Dead never lets up.

Highlights include the punishing "Blood Harvest," which features some of the album's most brutal breakdowns and a killer guitar solo, as well as the epic "The Possession," which showcases the band's ability to build tension and atmosphere over the course of a long, winding track.
